Terms of Service

By booking a pitch — on this website, through سند, or with our staff — you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.

• Give us a real name and a working mobile number. We use them to reach you about your booking.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it — through the app, سند, or a member of staff.
• The price you are shown when booking is the price you pay. It depends on how long you book for, and does not change with the time of day.
• Payment is made at the facility.
• Academies, schools, companies and agreed regular bookings may be priced differently.

You can change or cancel a booking through your account, by messaging سند, or by calling us. Please give us as much notice as you can — a pitch left empty at short notice is one nobody else could book.

• سند is automated. It can check availability, quote prices, and make or cancel bookings.
• Always check the day, time, pitch and price it reads back to you before confirming.
• If سند makes a mistake, tell us — what our staff and our booking records show is final.
• سند is not available for complaints, refunds or payment disputes. Those go to a person.

• All four pitches are five-a-side (ملعب خماسي) and identical — same size, same surface, same facilities.
• Bigger groups are welcome. Extra players rotate or sub; for very large groups we may suggest a second pitch, but the choice is yours.
• A match ball, bibs (كلرات) and water are provided, along with toilets, showers, lockers and the cafeteria.
• Arrive on time. Your booking ends when it ends, out of respect for whoever is booked next.
• Wear appropriate footwear. No studs that damage the surface.
• Treat staff and other players with respect. Violence, abuse or damage ends your session immediately.

Football carries a risk of injury and you play at your own risk. Make sure you are fit to play, and that anyone under your supervision is too.

We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the facility. Lockers are available. Anything found is logged and held — report a lost item through the app, سند, or at reception.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for injury caused by our own negligence, where the law does not allow that to be excluded.

If you create or join a pickup game, you are agreeing to play alongside people you may not know. Be civil, turn up if you said you would, and tell the organiser if you cannot. We host the listing; we do not vet the players.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly no-shows, abuses staff or other players, damages the facility, or books under false details.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
